Shaolin Martial Arts Center is dedicated to the mental and physical growth of their students through the training of authentic martial arts. At the school we teach our students to attain a sense of discipline to oneself and respect for others around them. Training provides students with all the tools necessary to develop a comprehensive system of self-defense. It strengthens the mind and disciplines the body. Benefits also include health, longevity, self awareness, assertiveness and self confidence.

Services/Products

The Center offers training in three traditional Chinese Martial Arts for children and adults: Choy Li Fut Kung Fu, Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan, and Chi Kung Karate. Studio rental is also available for qualifying businesses or individuals.
