Two years ago I had a sales associate attempt a sale to me higher than normal price for the phone I requested. I took care of that but when I arrI've home, she actually gave me an earlier model that was two years old. I exchanged the phone twice before I received the actual phone I purchased. Recently, I needed to purchase three phones off contract. I went and requested the Sony xperia z3v and was told by a sales associate that they couldn't sell the phone off contract. ..premier phone. My daughter wanted the iPhone 6 and was told the same thing.



What I learned - stay away from this business located on a1a and eat gallie. I was and you probably will be much better served by shopping at the actual verizon store located on 192 or in Merritt island.
