        I have been having trouble getting packages delivered to my house due to a lazy driver. They Hhave been given instruction how to get to house, because I do live off the path of my street but he rather send my package back to sender.

        I was expecting a shipment of one item today and the web site said my tracking number was out for delivery. UPS finally arrived and my package was on the manifest BUT not on the truck. No one seems to know what to do. I need it and it is in limbo somewhere. Can not get any information other than passing the buck to the shipper to file a claim.Where is my package and where is the great UPS that was????.

        Called the number for over an hour, no answer. Wanted to pick up missed delivery. Unacceptable to not answer phone at a place to pickup.

        called 11 times in 2 hours, no answer. went to pick up my package, i was the only customer. took 15 minutes to get 1 pc of mail. Zero customer service skills. I guess its fed x from now on.
