Summer Cove Apartments

I lived at Summer Cove for two years until recently purchasing a home. I enjoyed it thoroughly with no complaints. I am handicapped and they were always helpful and obliging. My only complaint was the sudden increase in rent of over $200 a month with additional increases after that. I loved the staff both in the office and in maintenance. Sorry I couldn't afford to stay there. It was way cheaper to build a new house than to remain in a two bedroom apartment.

Terrible. Would not reccomend this place to anyone. Maintenance does not do their job. Takes a good two months to complete any task. Grounds are ok, but landscaping companies park everywhere in the middle of the parking lots, sometimes blocking you in. Communication with front office staff is awful. Gym equiment is always broken. A ready to move in apartment has had over 8 issues. Raccoons are everywhere and tear your trash during the day and night. Hardly a 24 hour notice when they are coming into the apartment. Never clean the hallways, out neighbor had to do it for the rest of us. Floor plans are the only thing this place has going for it. But definitely would look elsewhere. No good.
