Mac Rx

I recently got a MacBook Pro and had an issue where it wouldn't boot. Apple Support (I have the protection plan) told me there wasn't a store local, but to take it to an authorized affiliate and gave me the number for Mac Rx. The laptop had to be shipped back to Apple, but the folks here have been nothing but extraordinarily helpful in the whole process. Every time I go to ask a question, I find I have a voicemail or email (or both) already supplying the answer. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
