        Full time landlord/property manager here. Zach replied to my Facebook post needing popcorn ceiling removal. He & his team did a GREAT job...on time...on budget. Highly recommend. Since that job I'm using him on another home (tenant moved after 9 years). Good skill-sets, expertise in many facets of rehab/remodel. The fact they show-up ON-TIME is critical when I have a crunch time line on a turn around.
