Bayou Bakery

I have lived in Saraland for more then 3 years and in Mobile County my whole life and I can't believe it took my this long to discover the most amazing bakery I have ever been in in my life. From the outside you wouldn't think it was much but just walk. Once I walked in, exploring Saraland small businesses one day, and I was blown away. The desserts behind the class were exquisite and extremely reasonably priced. Ms Kathy, the owner and creator of the treats, is a one of a kind lady with an loving heart. I got her to make my kids Easter baskets this year. I just paid her $25 a piece and gave her the kids gender and ages. What I picked up late Saturday night before Easter were the most amazing Easter baskets I have ever seen! You would think I spent $100 a piece looking at them. And the beautiful Easter egg shaped cake, chocolate with Raspberry filling, for less then $14, was incredible. I will NEVER buy another cake from Walmart or any where else again. I am and will always be a loyal customer of Bayou Bakery.
