Pizza Hut

Stopped in a few times to take my nephew to lunch, food on the buffet was really old and had to hunt down a server after waiting for a long while to get a refill for drinks. Tried to get food delivery using online app(which says they deliver)to feed myself and my nephew I was babysitting, after 30 min, finally get a call claiming they don't deliver to homes, only hotels.... Absolutely horrible service and will never spend my money there again

We went in for lunch. The sign wait to be seated was up. The cashier said go get started and I'll be right there. There was little pizza left so we were waiting for her to come take our drink order. Then she brought out more pizza but didn't acknowledge us. She then checked out 6 people..... and started takeing t he order from a walk in for takeout. We left at that point. My ratig is a BIG 0!

If I could leave half a star, I would...and even that's too generous. Passing through Santee, we stopped at Pizza Hut to get some lunch. I ordered the salad bar and 8 piece wings and my husband ordered a simple personal pan pizza. Zero drink refills and forty-five minutes later we still didn't have his pizza. When asked, I was simply told, "It's coming," in a tone which implied I was being impatient. At this point, we had already waited over 35 minutes and noticed that a table that was seated AFTER we ordered had already received their full-size pizza order. When we entered the restaurant there were two other tables occupied & waiting for their food. Their food came around 10 minutes after we arrived. Even if they had a sudden onslaught of delivery orders come in, the least they could've done was offer some sort of apology and explanation. Instead we were treated as though we were inconveniencing them. After 45 minutes we gave up, paid our bill for the salad & wings, and left. If you're in a hurry or passing through, I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere.
