        I had the pleasure of talking to Vickie in the office over 2 days, and confirmed an appointment for a repair on a 40 year old Sears Kenmore Dryer, the heating element was not working. Felix was my technician and did an assume job. He had the part and 20 minutes later, the dryer was working. The price of the repair was very comfortable to the wallet.

        I had received another quote that was 2.5 percent higher the day before.
