        Overall

        Horrible, disgusting treatment of their customers. Apria is refusing to repair/replace my 87 year old fathers BiPap rental that Medicare is paying for. They have put my fathers respiratory health at risk.... Criminal!

        I have to give a rating before I can post this which is why there is a 1. The rating should be a negative 5.

        Too bad this is the company that Kaiser uses for the type of equipment they provide. Not good customer service at all.
