        Office Court Companies, Inc. was formed in 1990 during the development of its first Santa Fe office park, Pecos Trail Office Compound. It is first and foremost a family business, representing the fourth successive generation of fathers mentoring sons, and brothers working together. Its principals, Ken and Andy Joseph continue to operate with a philosophy centered on maintaining real estate value through an extraordinary level of customer service. He is a licensed qualifying real estate broker in New Mexico and Colorado, and is a licensed commercial general contractor in New Mexico.         Overall

        Our startup rented space in the Old Pecos Trail complex, and as we grew, we were easily able to add space. Equally helpful was when we hit a bad patch and had to downsize staff-- we were also able to shrink our floor space. Very helpful management, attentive and detail-conscious cleaning and maintenance crews. Excellent Internet connectivity, too!
