I am extremely unhappy. Yesterday I ordered a package of Electronics for Priority Overnight shipping from DigiKey Electronics. I also ordered a package from Amazon for next day delivery. The Amazon package was delivered at 10:15 AM. The second package which had the identical name and address as the first package was listed as delivered and signed for by A. Garcia. The package was not delivered here and there is no A. Garcia at this location. I contacted a service representative and was told that they would notify the driver and I should hear back in 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Three hours later I had heard nothing, so I called again and got exactly the same response. Two hours after that, having heard nothing I called again, and got a similar run around. "We have been unable to contact the driver." I suggest you should fire the driver he had two identically addressed packages. He delivered one correctly and misdelivered the other, who knows where. It takes a special kind of stupid to make that kind of mistake. As of 5 PM I still don't have my package which should have been delivered by noon. The items are critically needed for a project I am trying to complete for delivery to a customer. The best I've heard is maybe they will find my package and it will be delivered tomorrow. There is something wrong if you cannot contact your driver in this age of cell phone technolgy. Color me extremely unhappy with your service. - JP
