Sterling Imports

I purchased a vehicle from these guys a few months ago. I just want to say that the whole process with them was very good. As car lots go, these guys are top notch. They treat you fairly and honestly. I got my vehicle from them and when I had an issue with it, after trying to work on it myself and diagnose the problem on my own I returned to Sterling and thru talking with Omar we were able to come to a resolution and solution to my issue. Needless to say I'm once again back in the saddle with my vehicle and it's running tip top! Thank you Sterling...thank you OMAR - you are very good at what you do!

My husband and I bought a 2001 Honda Accord from Sterling Imports in 2003. This place sales great cars, at a good price and in good condition. It has been 11 years and the car still runs well. I will be going back soon to purchase another car. Thanks for being a place people can trust STERLING IMPORTS!!!

they sell lemons.



you sign a 30 warranty for your car to break down.



dealers do not give you a call back what so ever.



i purchased my vehicle from sterling imports 3/16/13

my first payment due for the vehicle is 4/30/13 for the amount of $338.53 to mas financial



my car started shaking and i tried contacting the dealer on the following dates:

-3/1913

-3/28/13

-3/30/13

-4/2/13

-4/7/13

4/12/13

4/15/13

4/25/13



got the run around from the dealer

Gustavo was not helpful.



SALES MAN TONY laughed and told me my 30 days was up and that I could not do anything that he would gladly pick up the car in his exact words but i was not going to see my $2000 dollar down payment back.



that they would not help me.



worst dealer by far.

save yourself the head ache and go somewhere else to buy a car.
