General Info

Santa Ana Zoo at Prentice Park serves as a recreation and amusement park. The facility features conservation carrousel, crean family farm and zoofari express. Located in Santa Ana, Calif., the zoo houses one of the leading exhibits in the United States which features a waterfall, lake and lush island setting. It conducts several presentations for school students, including the Zoomobile, an animal show. The Santa Ana Zoo at Prentice Park also conducts various special events, such as train display, music and games.

Not a huge zoo, but perfect for enjoying with kids. There's a great farm area, tons of cute monkeys, a fun playground, and the food's even good.

I like bringing my son to this place because he is obsessed with the camels. Really likes it when he spits. But aside from that there is not really much to see after an hour. Worth the cash and the free parking is nice. Just wish they had more to look at.
