Wow! instant attention, within minutes a tech arrived, curtiously introduced himself and went right to workI answered a few questions, while he was getting busy with my computer system. Then I noticed he was testing his adjustments, done! The problem mind bogling to me-- I can work the software in its intended task. But to adjust the MACHINE takes internal knowledge of how they work. Thats why thet are the MEDICS!

Like my car, I can drive it --- when it runs strange, I take it to a pro, Mechanic. Computer medics gets my recommendation for prompt service, no waisted time, to the point and out --- didn't slam me with "extras" but did inquire if I had anything else of concern. Great first visit with respectful treatment. IO think you'll be happy too!

These guys are awesome and know what they're doing. I had a very difficult issue and they were able to fix it in one day. They're very reasonable with pricing and will work with you on any issue at hand. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone that has PC problems. Don't call the wrong guys for help. Take my word for it and give them a try. It wouldn't hurt to make a phone call.

When my laptop (netbook) had a hardware problem with the power supply the night before a big trip, I panicked and looked around for nearby places that might be able to fix it quickly so I could take it on my travel. This place advertised a 24 hour support line so I called after 10PM and to my surprise the owner answered and gave me several good suggestions. He also suggested places to visit at one of my destinations (Vegas).



They ended up finding the rare part I needed, ordering it express from Chicago and charging me a very fair price for all the effort they put into repairing my item.



I'm glad I didn't need their data recovery / transfer services, but was glad they also provided that kind of support. Rare to see such service like this. I heard they provided mobile repair too. Highly recommend this company!

It's the service that counts! I had lost data on my thumb drive; most business' had no interest in helping because it was a thumb drive. Computer Medics were immediately available, friendly and thorough with my issue. They resolved my problem, saving me many hours of work to recreate important files. Very happy they were there to help!
