Transcendent Property Management

I hired these folks 5/15 to grade and replace my lawn. They failed to properly grade my yard, instead leaving a depression at the front sidewalk that collected water even when I watered the lawn, stank from decaying plant matter and failed to grow anything but weedy nut sedge. There were other "hills and dales" in other parts of the yard, too. They used Reder Landscaping to hydroseed my lawn. Only 10% at best of the hydromixture appeared to contain seed. Reder's equipment was clogged when they showed up, resulting in a lot of waste in the street. They left to clean their equipment, showed up with the same truck still clogged, left to "fix" it, then finally showed up with the same truck and crew and a duct-taped pressure hose which promptly blew out and wasted more hydromix in my yard. They spread the paper pulp mix all over the bare dirt and left. After watering according to instruction from TPM and waiting 8 weeks for results, I ended up with a yard that looked worse than an abandoned field. What wasn't bare dirt was covered with crabgrass, quack grass, nut sedge, and horsetail rush. In fact, I had no horsetail rush in my yard at all prior to TPM's failed attempt at landscaping. After contacting TPM, I was told they didn't guarantee my lawn (although they admitted it appeared seed wasn't even spread) and I should get seed and fix it myself. I have reseeded the lawn and removed weeds by hand since I couldn't use weed killer on a newly seeded lawn and was able to create a full lawn in less than 4 weeks. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY WORK WHATSOEVER.
