Stonebrook Apartments

Customer service is a joke. Our apartment has mold in it and all they did was spray bleach on it. The mold got all over our personal things and all they said was, "Its Florida, there is a lot of humidity." We chose our apartment because of the view, which we can't enjoy do to the flooding in our porch that has destroyed our furniture. The Wi-Fi never works at the clubhouse. There is no drop box for rent. The pool has crazy neighbors partying past 10pm and nothing gets done. Very disappointed with this place.

I have lived here for 2 years now and since the managment change the community has never looked better. They are putting tons of money in the community making it a great place to come home to. I have had not issues with the service the maintenance always takes care of my repairs in a quick manner. The office hold my packages when I am out of town so it's easy for me to get it when I get home. I love the new pool furniture, it looks great, big upgrade from what used ot be out there. Keep up the great work.

i used to be a four year resident. Since they changed management co. the customer service has really suffered. I'm currently going on 5 weeks waiting for my deposit check to be refunded. there's no rent drop box outside anymore so you MUST be available to pay rent during business hours where you drop your check in a drop box in the lobby. Go figure... It's gated but the gates are always open and usually broken. The jacuzzi has not worked in at least 2 years. The pool gets cleaned on Friday and the following Mondays you can imagine what a joy it is to swim on a Sunday afternoon after potentially 700 families. The buildings are really in disrepair. Granted, they are working on some of the needed repairs and you can tell it went to the lowest bidder. Water bill is what it is and based on the size apartment not your usage. Don't forget to waive to the dumpster guy at 6am on Saturday....yeah, really!!! Good luck!! former 12304 resident who's tired of waiting for HIS overdue deposit money
