Roselea Manor Apartments

This place is horrible. Drugs are a big thing here. Most people are selling or doing them at all hours of the night. Fights brake out in the parking lot over drugs often. Not s good place for a family. The people that live here sit in the parking lot and blast music out of their cars at all hours. Sleep? You won't get any. The television can be all the way up and you still won't here it. One of the maintenance guys goes into apartments without notice and STEALS things. The maintenance manager told me straight up the guy was the one in my apartment. The property manager tried to cover it up. I filed a police report. Speaking of maintenance, they are always scheduling to go into the apartments. You wanted to sleep in? Oh no. We have to go in and do something almost EVERY day. Do not move in here. As soon as my lease is up I'm out.

The apartment I rent is like 30 years old. It came with a nostalgic refrigerator from the early 70s, a very old electric stove that could work perfectly one day and just stop working for no apparent reason, and to make it real fun it had some short circuit somewhere and it could make some very nasty explosions from time to time, definitely a life hazard. The central AC unit used to brake almost every month, and whenever it broke it took them days to send anybody to fix it. The bath tub is so old it should be check if it has any historical value. All sheetrock in the bathroom is tainted with mold and disregarding what chemicals you clean it with, it always resurfaces by next day and it covers the shower curtains with big green spots like if it had been dragged through a swamp. Now we are trying to move out and they require us to provide a 30 days written notice before we are able to abandon this dumpster, or pay a penalty.
