Great customer service! Very reliable and efficient.

I have used European Autotech for over ten years and four family cars. They know their stuff and charge a fair price especially as compared to the dealer. I have used them for regular service and major jobs like a transmission replacement. They stand 100% behind their work, I know that for a fact. If it is not perfect they make it that way.

I have been going to European Autotech for several years now and find them very helpful and very knowledgeable on my BMW. Chris and Kevin are very professional .I am always able to get a shuttle to work from them which saves me alot of hazzle. I feel they are honest and I trust them and their knowledge with my car . I will definitely continue to use EA.

I started taking my cars to European Autotech back in 1997 and have been a happy customer for over 13 years. Chris and Kevin take great care of my cars, which have included several new and old Porsches, a BMW 750Li, an Aston Martin V8 Vantage, a Ferrari 355, and an Infiniti QX56. One of my first experiences with Chris was when my 1986 Porsche needed brakes. The brakes had an awful squeak and it wasn't gone after the first repair, and Chris found that the OEM parts had changed and the newest brake pad compounds had issues with the old rotors, causing the squeak. He ended up negotiating a new set of rotors for me for free, and my brakes were great after that. Through the years, they have done all my general maintenance as well as suspension and engine tuning upgrades, and they always give me a better price than I would get at the dealership. They are quick, efficient, flexible, and helpful. They have earned my trust and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

I just had my smog inspection done here and found them great to deal with! They were helpful, easy to schedule an appointment with, and got the job done quickly for me. I would highly recommend them for this service and most likely auto repair as well. I originally found them while I was looking for a windshield wiper for my car, not your standard item. They had it in stock and installed it for me right then and there. I love that kind of service!

Chris and Kevin have taken great care of our cars for the past eight years. I have an older car that they have been able to maintain far longer than I thought it would last. My wife has a newer Acura and they have serviced this car for less than the dealership. We feel fortunate to have someone local who is so knowledgeable and trustworthy.

My husband and I have taken our vehicles to Chris and Kevin for many years! Our experience has always been positive. Service is prompt and prices are very fair. We have had EuroAutoTech repair and maintain all our vehicles regardless of make, model - i.e. Jeep, Porsche, Yukon Denali and Mercedes Benz.

I recently moved back to the Bay Area was referred to European Autotech by a friend and they have provided excellent service. The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them in the future.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and I feel European Autotech is a very honest place to take your car. They are not pushy and seem like they do care about giving quality service. I have brought two cars to European Auto Tech recently and have received nothing but the most prompt, courteous and fair service. They are very professional and the job gets done on time and correctly. They go out of their way to meet my schedule. I would recommend them without hesitation.

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles to European Autotech for 15 years. EA has one owner who takes responsibility for everything, and several skilled mechanics who perform . . . period. The prices are reasonable and they stand behind their work. When they write an estimate it is usually spot on (unless there is something unforeseen they discover as repairs are begun). An automotive repair facility like this we need more of . . . . strike that, all we need is this one! They specialize in Porsche, BMW and Mercedes, but they do quality work on other domestics too (over the years; my 3 Ford trucks, 3 Jeeps, and a Volvo 960). These guys have even worked on my boat! Chris, Kevin and their staff were awesome a few years back diagnosing my car's issues which were an alga rhythm nightmare but they took it step by step and fixed everything that needed to be done I have not needed to take my car in recently but my tire indicator came on today so I swung by without an appointment to see if they could check it out. They found A nail in the tire fixed it and sent me on my way, It took all of 15 minutes. Great service every time....thanx guys!!!

I had a pre-purchase inspection of a Toyota Camry XLE performed at European Autotech on Feb, 5, 2013. I trusted their "expert" opinion as to the mechanical functioning of the car and what they thought the car would be worth. I was planning on giving the car to my 22 yr. old daughter as a birthday present in March.



Their inspection indicated that the car needed to have the "power steering pump replaced" and "may have a rear alignment problem". They told me what they thought the car would be worth minus the replacement cost of the power steering pump. I purchased the car because the owner was selling it for less than that.



After purchasing the car I brought it to my own mechanic to have the suggested repair work done. I soon found out that the car had two blown head gaskets, a leaking coolant plate, coolant discolored and soft cooling system hoses , valve covers leaking, oil seeping from lower oil pan gasket, loose tie rods, battery failed load test, and more. In short, "driving the vehicle in current condition may lead to engine overheat/engine damage." I would never have bought this car had I had a professional diagnostic performed. The repairs would cost more than the purchase price for the car! Did they even look at the car?



Also, something happened while I was there speaking with the owner, Christopher Murad,. A delivery man came in and asked where they wanted a pallet of beer to be deposited! Not a six pack, or even two six packs, but a pallet! I laughed at the time because the timing couldn't be worse.



I subsequently notified the BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS who sent out a representative who cited them for two violations. They, of course, denied any financial responsibility for my financial losses due to their incompetence.



The car has been sitting in my garage since February pending my SMALL CLAIMS COURT hearing against this place. The car will ultimately be given to a charity ("Make-A-Wish Foundation").



My advice is stay away from these people. They can be dangerous to both your wallet and your health!

I needed new brakes on my car and took it into European Autotech Services. I was surprised by how friendly the staff was and how knowledgeable the mechanics were. They were able to get my new brakes put on him no time and I am very pleased with how my car is driving. I will definitely use them again!

I just had an oil change and my 30K Maintenance done and my car is running so much smoother! The mechanics are fantastic and they do not try to pressure you into things your car does not really need. I feel well taken care of when I bring my car here and I recommend them to everyone.

I have been using European Auto for awhile now for all of my repair needs. The technicians are the best and really know what they are doing. Recently I had an oil change and new brakes put on and everything went great. The prices were reasonable and they did great work as always. I will keep on using them for all my cars needs and recommend them to my friends and family!
