Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center and Urgent Care

Stay away! Review is for Dr. CANE and MARGARET URQUHART (the clinic manager). Both of those ladies have no class and very poor manners. Apparently treating customer with respect IS NOT INCLUDED IN THEIR WORK ETHIC! For $75 U.S. Dollars that they rip off of you for consultation you get a hostile treatment from the vet and none of the questions that suppose to be covered by that fee are being answered during your visit! Dr. Cane knows that she is the only reproductive specialist in almost 200 mile radius and takes a full advantage of it. She has VERY VERY POOR BEDSIDE MANNERS!

As Margaret goes, the Bishop Ranch owner could do so much better by hiring an employee who will actually care about customer satisfaction and who will treat each customer as THE ONLY customer. Don't expect from Ms. URQUHART to solve problems you might experience, she'll just "blow you off" via e-mail! She has virtually no business hours, never answers the phone, doesn't return calls for weeks and to make it easier on herself she is using e-mail to deal with you, so you will have no say in the making of her final decision.

Dr. Taylor really took the time to explain everything about our pet (13 year old Lhasa Apso). She is very friendly and made our dog feel comfortable.
