Fitness 19

I have been a Fitness 19 member since Jan 2017. I started going to Fitness 19 in San Mateo back in March 2017 and I was, as you can say, spoiled there. The atmosphere is so motivating, the staff are very welcoming and the Manager Raul is very helpful and makes you feel as part of the team. There's always a good vibe when I walked into the door. A couple weeks after I started working out here, I signed up with a Personal Trainer named Sal and I was never disappointed with our workouts and the routines he had me do to achieve my goal. I have lost 13 pounds and started toning up thanks to Sal and the 2 - 3 workouts we did per week. Sadly, to say I have moved back to the San Jose area and won't be able to continue to workout at this Fitness 19 location. But I do HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone to go to this location above all other locations.
