    Very, very crowded. Somebody posted this on Yelp. == This is a follow-on to my previous comments. I have been trying to resolve an issue related to my card being overcharged. I have spoken to my bank about this issue as well. I contacted the Crunch Fitness rep at the San Mateo office to talk about the issue. He referred me to the Operations Manager Jackie Pacumio. The Operations Manager Jackie Pacumio told me that she needs to talk to the Corporate Office in New York. Actually, she did not tell me just that. She said some things that I don't want to discuss on this forum - this is for her own protection. Anyway, Jackie Pacumio is one the most unpleasant people I have had to deal in the recent past. Besides that, I am extremely unhappy with the way she dealt with the situation. I would not deal with her again. I don't know why my issue had to be dragged out for so long. I don't know why they could not handle this matter right on the spot. Also, I just checked some of the other Yelp reviews. It looks like I am not the only one facing this problem with being overcharged after cancellation.One customer had the problem, according to his Yelp review, that they froze his account for two months and then started charging his card again. This cannot be a coincidence. I told them to remove my debit card information from their information. The deadline has passed but they have not done anything about it yet. We are talking about hundred of dollars ( more than 300 dollars) in extra charges.\r \r 2. Stay Away. In fact, Run Away.\r \r 3. I would give them half a star if i could. The reasons for the half a star : I heard from a couple of people that the Cardio Kickboxing class is good, and so is the Latino Grooves class. They try to sell you stuff too.   • Best Gym and Trainer in San Mateo

    I love how clean this place is and the machines are newer and always in working order. It does get busy during typical hours, but that's norm. I have to give praise to Loreen Lee, the best personal trainer I've ever had. She is very creative and thinks outside of the box so that your workouts are always different and not boring. Loreen takes into consideration your lifestyle as she creates your routine so that if you can't make it to the gym you can still do a good portion from home. I highly recommend Gold's Gym and Loreen Lee as your personal trainer.
