        CAWC Waterproofing & Restoration has been a family-run business for three generations, beginning with Ted Mayer, Sr. who founded the company in 1968 with his wife Mary. In time, their two sons Ted, Jr. and Roy joined the business, and CAWC became one of Northern California's leading waterproofing and restoration contracting firms. Since the beginning, our approach has been to personally supervise each project to ensure that quality and service meet or exceed client expectation. Today, the company is run by Roy Mayer with his wife Sharon and their family. Each family member is a highly skilled professional, which makes them uniquely dedicated to the company's reputation for quality and craftsmanship.
