        PEOPLE REALLY CARE!!!! MARK WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND ACTUALLY TOOK THE TIME TO SPEAK TO ME ABOUT SILLY LUG NUTS. THIS MAKES ALL THE DIFFEANCE IN THE WORLD AND THIS WAS JUST THE PHONE CONVERSATION. FIRST IMPRESSIONS MEANS EVERYTHING. NOW TO GO SHOPPING AT BIG O TIRES FOR LUG NUTS AND TIRES TOO!!! THANKS MARK
