The San Mateo office has been a pleasure to do business with. The new manager Nicole even recognized my voice over the phone!\r \r I have had my treatments done by 3 different technicians and they were all a pleasure to chat with and get to know. \r \r It is a very professional yet friendly atmosphere. My safety is clearly a priority for the staff and they make me feel very comfortable every time I'm in.\r \r The terrible old reviews were obviously because of the last manager who is no longer there. Nicole is great at her job. \r \r My experience at the San Mateo location has been amazing and I love that the staff is just as excited as I am about my lazer hair removal treatments. The service truly deserves nothing short of 5 stars. In fact, I just called today to change an appointment and they were entirely accommodating. :)

I went here and signed a contract for $300.00 worth of treatment. Fair enough except I was rushed through the process...after I gave the lady my credit card I had second thoughts and told them to cancel the transaction. I wanted my money back. But I had signed a contract...and I had given my credit card... Technically they did nothing wrong, but now I can't get my money back because I signed a contract.

Jen, the manager, offers freebies before signing contract. Once contract was signed she did not remember what she offered and denied it was ever offered. She said before signing the contract if I wasn't happy with what I have we can always change it. Well that was a bunch of BS--she didn't even try to work with me. I live 45 minutes away and drove to AL FOUR times and was sent home for one reason or another. They also kept rescheduling my appts. and I ended up losing in the end. I paid $1,000 for Velashape and Microdermabrasion procedures, but after so many scheduling conflicts on their part, they didn't keep track and they said I was done with my contract. Jen then had the nerve to blame Isabella for all the scehduling conflicts and said to me not to be surprised if Isabella was fired because their were so many complaints about her. I did not care what their problems were in the office and it was very unprofessional of Jen to say that to a customer when in the end it was Jen's fault. She says whatever it takes for you to sign the contract, but then doesn't care about customers.

I WAS SHOPPING AROUND FOR HAIR REMOVAL PLACES AND MY FRIEND REFERED ME TO HER CLINIC IN SAN MATEO, EVERYONE WAS SO NICE! THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE OVER MY BUDGET BUT WELL WORTH IT! THEY HAVE A TWO YEAR GUARANTEE THAT PUTS ME TO EASE. I LOVE MY NURSE INGA, SHE IS WONDERFULL. AND VERY ATTENTIVE AND THOUROUGH. OVERALL IT'S A GREAT CLINIC AND I'M ALMOST HAIR FREE!!! THANKS!

This place is a lie, they are super nice until you give them your money. After that they screw you over and it is impossible to contact management at the corporate level. I hate to write bad reviews but I will do so until they give me my money back. Stay far away from this place!!!!
