        After having a previous bad experience with Kaiser I was expecting that poor service in a pharmacy is normal. Happily cvs has proved me otherwise. They know me by first name, are always enthusiastic and have come through with a 3 day hold over before. (emergency meds). This is the reason for all 5 stars.
