The weekend rate with a mix of the week day rate is a good deal, but you need to be careful that many of the office kids only give you a verbal agreement at the counter for their discounts and when bring the car back a few days later -- that verbal agreement promised at the time of the rental is not honored.-- SO MAKE SURE you get your discounts and deals in writing. I was promised unlimited miles - but as the car was checked back in -- I had to argue with the kids to have them honor the verbal agreement. BE CAREFUL



also the car was rented to me with Bad Tires and was dirty with dog hair from the

previous renter...

Scott, the manager was extremely helpful and the staff was professional and I was pleasantly surprised of the follow up call to make sure my expectations were surpassed. Basically, this was a stellar experience and I couldn't be more than happy to share what a gem the San Leandro Enterprise Rental location is. I recommend this business and have appreciation for such hard working, customer focused team of professionals. If in need of a rental vehicle this is my pick even though I live 45 minutes away and didn't know their care would encourage such a benefit no matter the distance and circumstances which led me to need to have a rental in the first place. Well deserved recognition to all that ensured my safety and convenience, meanwhile accommodating my preferences and plethora of requests and questions regarding my use of the 2014 VW Jetta I opted for during the two day duration that left me with a more than positive experience with Enterprise located in San Leandro.
