        this company has very poor customer service. its been two years since we last purchased because whenever we call we get transferred to 4 different people. they give answers to questions we dont ask like what is the eta for a product? they respond with " we dont have them in stock". no kidding, thats why we asked when. stay away from streakwave, there are far better places to shop that would like a chance to prove themselves.

        Not sure about the product its...

        Not sure about the product itself but their online ordering system is terrible. Three days after placing the order online we got an inquiry if this was for shipment to the US. We informed them that New Mexico is part of the US as it stated on the order acknowledgement. We eventually got a return order acknowledgement but were never able to track the order. Then we got a cancellation notice. If you need a radio from this company order it through another online service like Amazon, cheaper and less drama.
