I have never had a case that was hopeless. There is always something that can be done to improve my clients situation. I also understand that my clients and their families need personal attention and accessibility because being accused of a crime is often the most stressful event in life.         She's a nice person, and probably a great dui attorney. But if you have real charges, don't use her. I paid way too much and all she did was get me a worse deal than what had already been offered. Then pressured my wife into making me take a deal. She was always late to court without letting me know. And the contract she has prevents you from suing her in small claims. She isn't accountable or helpful. I asked for a copy of my file she finally gave it to me after the case was closed, oh gee that's helpful.
