Bad, bad, bad!!!!



I was served a cold baked potato, it had butter on it, (served from the kitchen) but the butter never melted.



My husbands steak was to tough to cut.



I did tell the server that I wanted a doggie bag to take the cold potato home, he did get me the bag, but said nothing about the cold potato.



I went to the ladies room and I think that it was washed with soap, but that the soap was never rinsed off, what ever it was, was also on the bathroom stall, I did tell the cashier and my server about it.



The bathroom was very slippery and hard to walk in, I was afraid that someone could fall..



I did try to take the survey listed on my receipt, but both the phone number given and the web site said that they were no longer running the survey.



No, we won't be back.

I have a friend dealing with a terminal illness in CA and I have relocated to OR. I wanted to give them a gift certificate for dinner and knew Sizzler would be something they could accomodate with their dietary restrictions but was informed by the manager at the San Jose location that I was not able to purchase this gift for them over the phone with a valid MasterCard (in good standing) unless I was present. At the price of gas, I prefer to not make the 11 hour one-way trip. Hope they have a lot of other business to keep them going and when I do come south, I will not be patronizing their restaurant.
