We provide Judo lessons, Yoga lessons and homework after school. With Judo lessons, you will be trained with different lessons depend on the ages (kids, juniors or seniors); also, self defense is apart of Judo training. Judo is very gentle which is very suitable for everyone, regardless the ages. You'll be suprised that you can easily master Judo just in a short of time! Judo will bring you smile, health, strength, flexible and stress lease while you are traning. Yoga will bring you strength, focus and release stress. With just the simple lessons which could make a big change in you. You will find a very good moment while you train Yoga. We hope we could meet your expectation when you are at SAN JOSE JUDO ACADEMY. More than that, we will provide preJudo and preCare for the kids from 3 to 5 years old; Judo and Homework for grade 1th to 5th everyday from Monday and Friday at 3:00 to 5:00 PM.
