Samaritan Apothecary Pharmacy

I have been a customer of this Pharmacy for over 5 years. When I first started coming here I could not say enough good things about this Pharmacy. The staff was friendly and helpful and actually still is. The head pharmacist Michael was more than helpful. He would go out of his way to help you and make sure your medicine was on time and if there was a problem with your insurance (if it was delayed for some reason) he would call and find out what the delay was AND fix it. Unfortunatly that has all changed. In the last 4-5 months things have gone completly downhill. A new employee/pharmacist has been filling my meds and has basically been causing havoc in this Pharmacy! His name is Lewis and I have noticed the workers there are VERY uncomfortable when he is working. He has managed to forget to put the DEA # on the insurance forms EVERY time he puts in a medicine to my insurance and that delays my meds for weeks. I have seen him yell at the staff for not doing things HE should have done. He has yelled and cursed out my insurance for HIM not calling and finding out why the meds did not go through. It turned out HE/Lewis did not fill out the TAR form correctly. I used to LOVE this pharmacy but now that the staff has changed I will not be going back.
