I contacted this company because the heater on my Sundance spa was not working. I was told the repair person would call before coming so I would know when I had to be home. He showed up without calling. My son was home and called me and I spoke to the repair person on the phone. I asked him if he knew how to operate the spa. He said knew how to operate it. I told him that the heater was not working and I wanted to know how much it would cost to fix it. I asked him to call me with the estimate. The repair person left without calling me. The estimate he left was a joke. He claimed the pump was not working and would cost thousands to fix. His estimate suggested I purchase a new spa. When I arrived home, I started the pump and it worked fine. He did not give a price for repairing the heater.

I called and left several messages regarding my dissatisfaction. None of my calls were returned. By the way, my wife located a new heater element online for less than $100.
