Nice N Right

I went in to have a photo framed as a gift for my mom. I had not done this before, so I needed advice. I was helped by Rita. She is so patient, professional and pleasant! The work done was so excellent and my mom was super happy at the present I gave her...thanks to Nice 'n Right. Well, being that I was inside the store, I noticed something that I just "had to have". An absoluely beautiful little painting in a stunningly gorgeous frame. A little out of my range with my modest budget (I can't spend so much, these days), but Rita worked out a way for me to afford the purchase. I like the store and the customer service very much and the first-class treatment I got made me feel they really valued my business!

I have used Rita Wong's expert picture framing intermittently over the past 10 years. I was initially attracted to her shop by her reasonable prices, but have come to admire and appreciate her style of service the most. I wish I had the wherewithal to do the framing by myself. Short of this ideal, I like to have some input on the design of the framing. Rita is ultra patient, allowing me to use my own limited, artistic talents to create something I like. Then, and only then, she will critique what I have come up with based on her 24+ years of experience in her current location. Usually it's more of an enhancement than an overhaul, so I get a framing piece that is primarily my design! What a great feeling to have an art work you cherish expertly framed with your own design!



A couple of months ago, Rita worked up a bid on a framing piece for my employer. Unfortunately, I had my budget reduced, so I asked her to do the best she could within a very modest budget. She couldn't have been more gracious or understanding. We wound up with a unique piece beautifully but plainly framed that would never have been completed if it weren't for Rita's flexibility and commitment to excellent customer service. Rita is a jewel of a resource for picture framing in San Jose!
