        Quick in, quick out. Easy. Loved the Yellow Kia Soul, it was a fun ride. As an Emerald Member, the Emerald Aisle was convenient.

        National car rental rocks in San Jose, super easy and fast. Nice staff - gets you on your way quickly. Become a preferred member and it's even faster. Drop off is always quick and easy.

        Very convenient. No being assigned a car you don't like because you choose what you want to drive. I have booked 10 minutes before pick up and o have never had a problem

        VERY friendly workers at a busy airport. I love renting from National

        I am normally treated very well by National. Unfortunately, this trip did not measure up. I am a National Executive renter and I am supposed to get any car at the mid sized car rate. When I asked for a particular car I was told there were none available. I pointed to one in another lane and was told it would cost more for that vehicle. I protested some but did not have the time to have my point validated. I had to pay an additional amount.
