I was both surprised and pleased at how quickly we were able to get an appointment. Plus, we were given a pickup time of 12pm and the car was ready on time. The staff was friendly and efficient. Based on my first time experience here, I would definitely recommend your company to others.

It took like an hour and 10 minutes to do the full service and when they were done Mike invited my kids to go outside and get anything they wanted from the ice cream man, they really want to come back after that, and I myself will definitely go back again..

After I explained to them that I had just bought the truck and I was concerned about the brakes, David advised me to get a full checkup so I could see in what conditions my truck was. I thought that was a smart idea and agreed to do it. I went to the waiting room and it was so fancy and comfortable, wi-fi for my daughter's and I IPads and a big screen with direct tv just for us..

I explained them that I had the groupon but I was having problems to pull it out from my ipad because of the internet and immediately they offered to use their free wi-fi yayyyy that was awesome.

The best place to take your car for a service. I bought a groupon for an oil change for the truck I had just bought. When I got there I saw this nice and clean place and Mike and David greeted at me very friendly.

I live in constant fear of being ripped off by car repair shops, but my experience at Michaels & Co was pleasant and ALL around 5 stars!!! This repair shop does it all!!! Bill was my service advisor. He was extremely helpful with making me feel comfortable knowing that my car was in good hands. My check engine light was on so, I left my car for them to check out and get back to me with an estimate. He checked it out, and called me with an estimate half of what the dealer gave me. I wasn't pressured into any of the recommended repairs by warnings of imminent road disasters, like I have at other shops. The prices and labor costs seemed fair. He even told me that a few of the parts were optional at this time even saving me more money. He made me feel very comfortable about spending my money. Thanks Bill!!! I DEFNITELY KNOW WHERE ILL BE TAKING MY CARS FOR REPAIR!!! They also offer shuttle service in case you need a ride back home or to work. The service is fabulous and they are an honest company. It’s hard to find a good Auto repair shop that won’t rip you off these days. Try Michaels & CO, you will not regret it!

A great friend of mine told me about this place a few years ago. Best advice I could have gotten. We pay attention to detail at Apple so I wanted a place that pays as much attention to my car needs. M&C is it! The staff is great, service is great, & the owner is an everyday guy. I've recommended other co-workers and they always thank me. I say thank them! I have had my car in for 2 repair/maintenance visits and both times had a great experience with all the staff members there . My car is doing great and I felt good enough to feel compelled to recommend them. Great work !!!!

As a customer, you will quickly appreciate that the employee's at Micheael and Company treat you with coutesy and respect. They also do an exceptional job listening to your explaination and description of what the issue is. You will get a complete answer that is based on experience. Your vechicle will run and operate like it's supposed to.

The crew that works here are all very friendly and knowledgeable. When someone can show me a part to help me understand it's function I'm all for it - and that's what I got from the onset. Plus, once they realized I was a chatter-bug the crew brought me in to the fold with office small-talk which was a fun way to wait out my repairs. This shop and Service Advisor Scott come recommended. Bill was the one I worked with this time and I got good service from his as well. Everyone there seems to work together and for the customer. Go go go, and drive away happy!

The shop offers transportation within 10 mi. round trip if needed. I was able to wait the hour plus so didn't need it, but when I asked about a place to grab some coffee, etc., they shuttled me right over. I walked back for the fresh air and exercise, but that's a nice service. After they finished the work I went in to have done I remembered that my alignment needed to be looked at. They fit that in with a tire rotation on the spot. They also replaced my very worn windshield wipers at the same time - and just before the rain hit.

I have been bringing my cars here for years. My experience has been nothing but great. They rebuilt my 63 Corvair after the Cam shaft broke. Put in a new clutch and fixed a difficult issue with my 95 Jeep Wrangler and rebuilt the moonroof in my 96 Maxima. They are honest and upfront and take the time to explain problems to the smallest detail. I have recommend Michael & Company to three friends that now use their services.

I've taken several different cars to these guys over the past 10 years and they always take good care of me. They tell me when it's time to dump a car and never suggested work that was not necessary. They aren't the cheapest but I know I can trust them. My daughter is there this afternoon and I know they'll treat her right

Seems to be a decent place. I took my car in because of a bad shudder during right turns, which I expected was a CV joint problem. They confirmed this and said while only one side was causing the shudder the other side was getting pretty loose and should be replaced too. This sounded reasonable as the joints were original and 13 years old so I had both half shafts replaced. Ended up being $453 which certainly isn't cheap but is a reasonable price for the work done.

Wow ! What can I say ? What a great place. It's been 9 yrs. since I left. What a great ride back then. 2000 - 2003 Was when I worked with such nice people. Mike LaMantia and his staff. Tom, Head Mechaic Felisia, Business Office, Joe Parts Director and all of Mike staff. We kicked backside back then in the Part's Department. I was the Shuttle Driver/Part's Driver/Customer Service/ and Shop Helper. When Tom need'ed part's. " BAM ! " Joe would order part's and I was down the road chasing part's and Customer's. The shop was run the way a shop should be. With ' HONESTY ' with I miss working with such fine people.

What can I say ? It's been 9 yrs. since I left this wonderful place that I had the pleasure of working with. Mike LaMantia owner and his crew from 2000 to 2003. Along with Tom, Felishia, Joe, and whom ever else was there back then. We kicked backside back then.
