Hedding Hotel

This is the worst hotel I've ever experienced. Management requires cash only to be paid upfront before you can even see the room. Refuses to give you a receipt once you pay. Very rude management who threatens guests, enters the room whenever you leave for no reason, will not put calls through when people call for you (actually disconnects them), filthy rooms, appears to be cleaned weekly or even every two weeks, cockroach infested room (as you can see in photos), sheets appear to be reused between customers (dirty spots and wrinkled), towels smell like they have terrible mildew, terrible odor in rooms, poorly lit, bugs smeared on walls (as you can see in photo). When I said I wanted to check out (momentarily after I checked in) and wanted a refund management became rude and snotty. When I requested again explaining why (roach infestation) and showed him the photos I posted here, he told me he is not giving me a dime and I better leave immediately or he would call the cops and say I was trying to rob him. This was like a scene from a movie. I can still hardly believe it even though I experienced it. Look at this establishments reviews on other websites that show consumer reviews and you will see similar review, with the exception of one glowing review which I would guess is a fake that he reviewed himself or had a friend do for him...since it is the polar opposite of any of the other reviews. One well known review website says this establishment is permanently closed, which is false since I just stayed there on 1/9/14. Lastly, if you dare to stay at this establishment, ask to see the room YOU will stay in BEFORE you pay and check it out well. It is scary to me that this business is allowed to operate.
