Feetcation Foot Spa

Absolutely horrible! i've been to many foot spas in the area and this was the worst of them all. Yes, it is brand new and the location is great being near my house but, i will never step foot in this place again. I was literally tortured the entire time. I had the full body massage for $40 for 1 hour. My therapist doesn't know a thing about massage therapy! She used her elbow up & down my actual spine the entire time. Instead of massaging my muscles, she tried to rearrange my bones. 15 minutes into the torture, she told me she needed to run to the restroom which is right across from where I was. You could hear her in there the ENTIRE 15 minutes. Clearly not feeling well, she comes back in to only work on me for another 5 minutes and go back to the bathroom AGAIN for another 10 minutes. I lost 25 minutes of my time and it was not made up for in the end. Massage time still ended exactly 55 minutes from when it started. The kicker, my feet were never touched. I asked why I didn't get a foot massage and I was barked at telling me that I got a full body massage - no foot massage! My feet are part of my body. So, they do not work on your feet if you choose the full body.

As if that wasn't enough, get this. I still tipped her $7 and they were irate. The lady at the front and the massage therapist chased after us saying that she worked hard for an hour and minimum should be tipped $10! Seriously! You don't tell people what should be tipped. Asking for more than 20% of the cost and it was absolutely horrible! Stay away from this place. There are so many other foot spas that are amazing.
