Excellent customer service from Eric, Paul, and Brandon at the front desk. Everyone who works there is courtesy, and work extremely hard to help you get the right car on time. They pick you up, and drop you off. Eric the manager is very helpful, and the best location in San Jose that I have used. Best group at a car rental service I have ever used in the whole US(Hawaii to NY). I use rental cars a lot, and they have the best customer service. Always a pleasure to do business with this outstanding group.

Goto place for renting cars, Paul(You would find him in office) is always so helpful, understanding, cooperative and flexible as per your needs. I appreciate his efforts and the way he deals with customers is amazing. I cannot thank him enough for extending the rental as there was unexpected delay in returning the car. Service is so terrify .A manager is discriminating about assian customers . A Manager raise rate higher than another locations . He does not care about assian customers.
