Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented there in January with my debit card and out of state license Aug 4th had a reservation for a week rental went to pickup and was told of new policy and they can't rent to me. Did not inform me I should go rent at airport the young man that said he was the manager was very rude and not helpful at all. Went to Hertz not at the airport and rented a car for the week no problem and 22dollars cheaper. CUSTOMER SERVICE = RETURN CUSTOMERS.

I have rented cars from them many times and been very
pleased. They are courteous, helpful and managers Don
and now Daisy are outstanding. Cars are always clean and
run great, prices fair and their pick-up service always prompt.
I would not go anywhere else. Great staff as well!

We have rented from the Curtner location about six times now and have nothing but praise for everyone that works there, especially Don, their manager. They didn't have the car we wanted this latest time so they gave us an upgrade and it was great! We wouldn't go anyplace else as they also pick you up and drop you off and customer service is top-rated.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had to have rental through insurance while my car was being repaired. They have very few cars available. Took me 2 hours from pick up to get a car. Oh boy. The first car I got almost died every light and the brakes were scary. Called next day she says bring it in we'll trade it. I say not comfortable doing driving it in. Finally she's says they bring me one. All I can say is at least it ran ok. So went to drop off tonite as my car was ready for pick up. They could not even find me in there system. What the heck I rented Monday to Wednesday and you can't find me. Wow. Took an additional 20 minutes to find me. All I can say is if you want a clunker go here.
