I had a disposal problem in my kitchen and when I tun on the power, it did not work. I tried to fix it myself on that evening, but it failed. So, I called to see if they could come out tomorrow, but they said there was no additional evening charge and a free estimate. A plumber came out within 1 hour and he fixed it. After the fix, there were little noise from the disposal, so he cleaned it throughly by removing very small seeds and stuffs, and then no more noise. After that, he taught me how to check when there is a problem with the dispoal, and how to maintain it. As he was very professional, and excellent,I would like to use their service in the furture, and recommend it to my friends and others

Jim from Allstar Plumbing Corp just left and I have to say him and his company did a great job at resolving our problem. We had problems of our washer, toilets and showers backing up. He didn't leave until he made sure that all of our blockage was fixed correctly. He ran his snake through both of our clean outs and even gave us a bottle of PT 4 Flow improvement to slick up our pipes to make sure that the problem we experienced didn't return any time soon. His professionalism and diligent work was a refreshing site to see. He even gave me a 10% discount for the work performed. I highly recommend Jim at Allstar Plumbing Corp. to anyone who has a problem, he will fix it fairly and make sure the job is done right the first time. They even come with a 6 month warranty on the rooter service that they perform. To me that's a win-win that you can take to the bank. And with today's economy we need more honest service like this.

THEIR LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED!\r THese guys came out to my house to fix a broken pilot light on my water heater. Initially they installed an igntion switch which didn't work so they then installed a second expensive part without my permission. The result was a massive gas leak. Allstar told me I needed a new water heater. Thank goodness I got a second and third opinion. As it turns out Allstar insalled the wrong ignition switch and then cross-threaded the second part causing the gas leak. What should have been a small problem ended up costing me over a thousand dollars and Allstar has refused to reurn my calls or refund my money to this point (I'm planning on taking them so small claims court if I have to).THese guys should not be allowed to be in business-AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

I want to commend the excellent service I received this afternoon from Timothy. \r Not only was he a pleasure to have in my home to assist with my plumbing problem, but he was professional, communicative, and \r over all, just a pleasant surprise to me.\r \r Unfortunately, I have had years of bad experiences with plumbers in the area.\r I have to say this is the first time that I’m relaxed and happy after the job has been completed.\r \r I commend Allstar Plumbing in having such a professional individual on staff, and I will refer Timothy to all of my friends and professional contacts who need a referral.\r I have already given his name and contact information to a very good friend who is a realtor.\r Great service, Kudos to Timothy!

I recently called Allstar Plumbing for an emergency job at my residence. The service and attention I received was so exceptional I was compelled to write this review to express my pleasure and satisfaction.\r The entire transaction from the scheduling and dispatch with Gil to the service provided by D.T. and Matt were extremely courteous and professional. D.T. promised to complete the sizable job in one day and was true to his word. They both explained to me the problem, the process and kept me informed on the progress of the job. Their trucks, tools and uniforms were immaculate. They took time to re-explain the job to my wife and to briefly entertain my 1-year-old son who was very interested in their work.\r I work in a service industry and maintain a high standard for the service I provide to my clients. It is an extreme pleasure to be on the receiving end of such excellent service. I will highly recommend your company to my neighbors and friends and would welcome Allstar Plumbing back to my home anytime. Thank you for supporting your employees.

they came out right away, their prizes are very high, but they did meet the previous quote i had gotten and fixed my problem with in 30 minutes.

Two hours late. Told they would arrive between 3-4. Showed up around 6. Kitchen sink needed to be snaked through the trap. Given quote of $233. We told the workman it was too expensive. He assured us we would pay just as much anywhere else. It was late so we agreed to have the job done. It took 20 minutes. The next day I found that the average rate for this job was $80-100. I called All Star to let them know I felt I had been overcharged. The gentleman I spoke to assured me they do ""much more then just snake the pipes."" He said they also put degreaser in the pipes and other companies have ""hidden charges"" that would end up costing me the same. They offer a 30 day warranty. The sink works fine. I would recommend that you take your business elsewhere. This place is EXPENSIVE!
