Le Duyen Massage therapy - Best place for body and mind healing Le Duyen Massage- The Perfect Place for Serene Relaxation

  • My experience here was very nice

My experience here was very nice. Just a way to get pampered and acquainted with other. Most of all... for the man in my life to enjoy me :)

  • Fantastic Ambiance

Alchemy Hair Studio and Spa does not compare to any other hair studio in the city of San Jose. Let me start by saying my hair was completely damaged and my wonderful stylist/colorist Marlyss transformed my dull, damaged, bleached blonde hair into smooth, shiny, golden locks. Not only is Marlyss quick and can ALWAYS fit me in (I'm constantly making appointments expecting to get in that week--sorry receptionists!) but she always has something to talk about with me. Most salons have that undertone of ""bitchiness"" (if you have ever known any one that worked in a salon you would understand what I mean) but Alchemy doesn't have that undertone. Each stylist and receptionist is friendly and accommodating. I LOVE this salon!

  • Fabulous Nails!
    by  on 10/30/2010

Wow, this place really is everything they said it would be. Receptionist are very smiley, and seem to really love their jobs. I read about the ""Best Manicure and Pedicure"" in a local rag. Why have I not heard that Alchemy did nails? Well I don't do manicures, but do get Crystal nails. I got into see Autumn (She only works Tues & Thursday and she has a cup cake business that is booming), wow what amazing talent. She actually creates your customer glitter nails - with glitter! You can mix match different kinds of glitter and different Colors of glitter. It has also been almost 2 weeks, and no lifting! I didn't have time for toes, but Autumn tells me the Rockstar Toes and not just great for summer, but ideal for winter because they do not chip or wear down in boots. Ok, then Alchemy... I am going to put you to the test. See you next week, Humm what color should it pick? Thanks Autumn, you truly are the best!

  • Great place

I've been going to Sher at Alchemy for about a year. I've always enjoyed my visits, Sher is very professional and really nice. Most hair dressers I've gone to before don't really know how to cut men's hair, but Sher does. My sideburns are always even, and she always gives me exactly what I want. the hot towel at the end of the cut it a really nice touch (it gets all the little hairs off the neck) and it smelled really nice as well. I used to use Bumble products, but she talked me into the new Kerastase mens line. She says the whole system (I got a kit with shampoo, conditioner, some new styling stuff etc..) is suppose to encourage hair growth. She's always been right, I'm gonna try and I'll report back! In any event, I highly recommend Alchemy.

  • 2010 Best Manicure & Best Pedicure - People Choice!
    by  on 10/25/2010

It’s no wonder Alchemy won “Best Manicure” and “Best Pedicure” i addition to Best Salon! I have been enjoying the Bay Area’s best kept secret for just over a year now, and I can tell you that the Nail Techs at this place are amazing! The lovely staff is always engaging and the private pedi spa room whic was recently upgraded into the main building. It is calming without smell of fake nails. The experience is Aromatheraputic, with a selection of several delicious scented salts and lotions, my favorite is lavender. I am not a fan of the “massage chairs” in most nail mills, so the comfy cushions and the glass pedi bowls work great for me. I know they are sanitary, as are all of the tools which the gals bring in a sanitizer bag to my treatment. A nice conversation, some herbal tea and the great care these gals give make me feel pamper. I highly recommend this personal treat!

  • Brazilian Blowout Master!!!
    by  on 03/03/2010

Ruth at Alchemy II is just phenomenal! I was referred to Ruth from a co-worker who always has a great cut and color. I have curly unruly hair that's difficult to deal with, so I made an appointment with Ruth and that was the best decision I made. She recommended that I get the Brazilian Blowout which at the time I had no clue, but she reassured me that it would be very beneficial for my hair texture. I trusted her and her opinion. It's a smoothing system that cut my blow dry time in half and now my curls are much more manageable. The Brazilian Blowout is magical potion. I recommend Ruth to all the ladies!

  • Amazing...

Alright, so here's the deal. You want a good haircut? Don't go here. You want a GREAT haircut? Ok...continue. Jennifer Bradford. She can be found at Alchemy Hair Studio II. I typically get my haircut at a barber or Supercuts or wherever I happen to be driving past at the time. No matter how cheap it is, there is no reason to get a bad haircut from some cross-eyed, hair-lipped, snaggletoothed "stylist". Not only is Jennifer hot, but she'll cut your hair right the first time. And those hands...Don't even get me started on those hands. Lets just say that the shampoo is worth the price of admission alone. And unlike those big name franchise "salons", where the topic of conversation is undoubtedly some local sports team or the weather with long awkward pauses in between statements, Jennifer can actually maintain a conversation - in about a thousand languages, while she makes you look and feel better than you ever have.
