The professionally equipped gym makes you never want to set foot in a Crunch Fitness or 24 Hour ever again; the communal BBQ garden is always spotless and beautiful, the pool table rec room always has fresh popcorn and extra space for parties or group hangouts, and there's always fresh Philz Coffee in their lounge espresso machine. They're dog friendly and have a large park across the way for your dog to play and meet other neighbors (dog cleanup bags and trash cans are always stocked and spread out around the complex).

Being right off 101 away from the downtown noise and congestion is a godsend. It's urban enough we're still in the city -- literally across the street from a killer brewery, a whiskey distillery, an affordable yet highly stocked grocery store, and down the street from amazing restaurants and a small winery -- yet less than a minute away from the freeway for a quick escape from the city. It's the best of what SF has to offer while still transportation friendly for car owners.
