In March 2008 they began in everything in the apartment, that set out create the best custom shirt possible, they partnered with a family that has been manufacturing custom shirts in the US for over 85 years and working closely with the factory and customers that they trimmed fits and modernized style details to create more versatile shirts. Two years after they used hundreds of measurements on file to perfect the first collections of button up shirts and opening number of pop-up shops all over the city until they settled into the space on Valencia Street in the Mission District. They are relentlessly focused on fit as well as construction and will continue to slowly develop new offerings, working piece by piece to modernize classic staples that are both rugged and refined.
