Steve Padis Jewelry

I have been a customer for years, and will be a lifetime customer. The quality of product and level of customer service is unparallel in the jewelry world in northern California. The family owned and run business just adds to the reputable people that work there. Everyone I have felt with on my many visits has been nothing but superb, friendly and welcoming.... But most of all honest and knowledgeable. They don't try and sell you up or above your budget, they are realistic and really try to get you the best piece for the person/occasion! Babur and Alexis are my favorite team members at Padis!!!

I love this store. They carry a wondeful selection of fine jewelry and have a knowledgeable staff--willing to help, but not pushy.

I bought my Tacori engagement ring, diamond and our 2 wedding bands at Steve Padis in June 2011. We were very happy with Vic who looked after us on our visit. We were in the store from 11am until 5pm (with a break for lunch) and he was extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He was happy to give an opinion but was in no way pushy. We managed to get our e-ring re-sized on the same day which was useful as we were international visitors on holidays. We negotiated a good deal for the package and have since had the e-ring valued locally for Insurance purposes at over 2 times what we paid for it. After care service so far has been great also



I would highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future
