Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf Hotel

Overall, we were pretty satisfied with this hotel. Our room faced the bus depot and we could hear the beeping of the buses as they were backing up well into the night and early in the morning. I would definitely ask for a room on the opposite side of that to avoid all the noise. The service was good. We had several problems with our key card until they sent an employee up to investigate and found that we were just not pushing hard enough. What, I didn't know you were supposed to jam the key as hard as you could every time you wanted to go into the room?! That's never happened to me before. The location is great, close to everything!
