Established in 1982, the San Francisco AIDS Foundation provides various HIV and AIDS treatments and educational programs. The center also provides housing facilities and prevention care to individuals. It has financial benefit counselors for assisting individuals with complex private and public benefits systems, and organizing various programs, including AIDS, food stamps, Medicare, social security, private disability plans, and drug and general assistance.
