Red Dipper has contracted with the City and County of San Francisco Sherriff's Departments to train the RE-ENTRY population to install solar panels with the goal of reducing recidivism by creating jobs. Solar Panel Manufacturing: Made in USA and UL Certified (Underwriters Laboratory). Red Dipper makes the first dual purpose solar panels that combine PV and Thermal with patented theft protection and safety technology. Red Dipper understands the market and would like to collaborate with MNBDA and PG& E to create workforce projects and collaborate with CBOs to develop partnerships with General Contractors and Owners/Developers.
