Everett Middle School, located in San Francisco, has an enrollment of more than 500 students in grades six through eight. The school offers classes in language arts, social studies, English, physical education, math and science. It provides several after-school and gifted and talented education programs. Everett Middle School is a part of the San Francisco Unified School District, which serves approximately 55,000 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The school district operates nearly 100 preschools and elementary, middle, high and charter schools. Founded in 1851, it provides various sports activities, such as basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, soccer, and track and field.
