All Green Carpet Clean

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! We were provided a quote over the phone for $79, which although more than their stated price online was a minimum requirement for cleaning our 1 room. They informed us that there might be some additional charges based on the technician's assessment of the carpet. They also state that your liable to pay a cancellation fee if we refuse service when the technician arrives. All this seemed reasonable until they came a told us the $79 charge was just water, for anything else like shampoo or deodorizer it would be $270!!! Let me be clear i have a small living room with carpet, a stain no bigger than a foot, and they didn't need to move any furniture: easiest carpet cleaning job resulted in additional $200. Apparently some additional charges meant over 3x the only quoted price provided over the phone.

By the time you find out that cleaning your carpet with anything other than water means an extra $200 you are already on the hook for a cancellation fee so even telling them to take a hike for trying to rip you off costs you money and time in booking an ethical carpet cleaner. Even after spending $300 (including tax) there stain is still visible.

Both my wife and I called them explain our experience to see if this was normal giving them the benefit of the doubt. They told us it was normal and then dismissed saying we were wrong. We've dealt with 2 other carpet cleaners in the Bay Area prior to All Green and our experience was wonderful.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE ON EVERY LEVEL.
